• Does existing content match real search intent, or was it written for internal approval instead of searchers?
• Are there obvious topic gaps competitors are covering and you aren't?

Local

• Is the Google Business Profile fully optimized?
• Is NAP consistent across directories?
• Is there a genuine review strategy in place?

Backlinks

• Is there a toxic or spammy link profile that needs cleanup?
• Where are competitors earning links that you aren't?
